Between Ellmau and Söll lies Scheffau am Wilder Kaiser, the smallest village in this area. This quiet village is an excellent starting point for skiers who appreciate change. From Scheffau, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental is at your feet, figuratively that is. Skiers and snowboarders can head in any direction they fancy and with a bit of imagination they should be able to map out a different route each day. Thanks to the "Scheffau Kinder-Kaiserland" this destination is perfectly fitted out to also serve the youngest visitors on hand and foot.

After more than 12 million trips and 25 000 operating hours, it's time to retire the Fleidingbahn chairlift in Westendorf, at the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The lift, which has been in operation since 1983, will carry its last riders at the end of March 2019.
