Snowplaza takes great steps to ensure the careful handling of your personal data (i.e. data that can be used to identify a natural person). To this end, we make sure to process and secure your personal information according to the terms outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This privacy statement provides information on which personal data we collect and what we do with it. We advise you to read it carefully.

What personal data do we collect?

We collect data from visitors who have given permission for the use of cookies while visiting our website (i.e. those who have accepted the cookie statement).

In the event that a user fills out a form (see below) on our website, we collect the following information: name, email address, telephone number, address, postal code, country of residence, nationality, gender, date of birth and IP address.


What do we use your personal data for?

Initially, we use the personal data that we collect from you in order to process your request(s) for a newsletter subscription, snow alert, brochure, accommodation enquiry, participation in a competition, or other such requests.

We may also use your personal information for commercial and marketing purposes including, but not limited to: promotional purposes (personalised advertising and direct marketing), profiling purposes (agglomerating data) or to optimise user experience by adapting the website to your specific situation and interests.
