snow report

Our latest snow report is good news for those planning ski holidays for the end of this season. Low pressure means snow and occasionally strong winds in the Alps this week. This week a thick layer of fresh snow will fall on higher slopes. For a large part of the Alps, between 50 and 80 cm of snow are forecast. The freeze level is slightly above 1500 meters but will drop tonight to well below 1000 meters. There should be about 20 to 40 cm of snow above 2000 meters by tomorrow. Read more ›
