The KitzSki linked ski area comprises Kitzbühel, Kirchberg and several other smaller ski areas. There is a long history of skiing in Kitzbühel, which was founded more than 125 years ago. Despite the great popularity of the "Kitz", most of the area's cultural character has been maintained and the town still emanates great warmth and traditional character. With more than 64 ski lifts, around 170km of ski slopes of all categories, an altitude drop of over 1000m and high-tech snow cannons, the KitzSki area would cut a fine figure even without the jet set visitors. All parts of the ski area are included in the KitzSki pass, and there are also options to buy lift tickets for specific ski areas. Read more ›
