With only 460 inhabitants Pertisau is the smallest village on the Achensee lake and is the lake which gives the village a special charm. Near the village you will find mainly easy and intermediate ski runs and beginners are well catered for on the Zwölferkopf, where flat, wide slopes with easy drag lifts can be found. There are two mountain restaurants where you can relax and take a break. Advanced skiers will especially appreciate the descent to St Hubertus.
