All the ski resorts in this valley offer splendid panoramic views and their inhabitants are extremely hospitable and welcome visitors with open arms. However, this is the only thing that the resorts have in common. The atmosphere and architecture are very different in each. Chandolin has the largest ski area with the widest choice of slopes. Grimintz is an old farming village where the slopes are generally uncrowded making it particularly family-friendly and a pleasure to ski. With a lot of ski in/ski out accommodation, this resort is truly a hidden gem. St. Luc is situated between the first two and is less attractive visually. Vercorin is a small oasis of peace and quiet, adapted to tourists looking for a more relaxed ski holiday.
