Sörenberg (Switzerland)

In the winter Sörenberg is a haven of peace and quiet. Even Lenin in his heydays noticed the uniqueness of this village and visited it to recover from illnesses. Today tourists visit Sörenberg for its natural surroundings and the winter sports options. Nowhere else in Switzerland will you find this much nationally protected land in a small area such as this one. Boasting more than 40 kilometres of ski slopes, Sörenberg is the ski resort in the Lucern area. The phenomenal view of the 4000m high peaks adds to the impressive beauty of this ski area.
