Celerina, the charming neighboring village of St. Moritz, is known as the sunniest village of the Engadine. The village is full of Tyrolean wooden houses and has a special winter wonderland feel. Celerina is conveniently located in relation to the other, more well-known villages in the area and everything is easily accessible. Hikers and cross-country skiers are in heaven in Celerina. The most beautiful hiking trails pass through the village and close to the extensive cross-country circuit Engadine (180 km). From Celerina a ski lift leaves directly to the Corviglia ski area, which then connects to St. Moritz. The village has a quiet après-ski scene that blooms only once a year during the New-Orleans-Jazz-Szene. Thanks to its location and what it has to offer, Celerina is a perfect place for families with young children.
