The 2019-20 ski season is creeping to a close and ski resorts across the Alps are determined to see it out with a bang! April and May bring an end-of-season event calendar jam-packed with concerts, parties and competitions, from another edition of Ischgl's popular Top of the Mountain concerts to the Electric Mountain Festival in Sölden. Have you booked your spring skiing holiday yet?

Skicircus: White Pearl Mountain Days

From March 20-April 4, spring skiing is in full swing at the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. The White Pearl Mountain Days celebrate the warm weather with culinary delights, sun loungers, music and of course wonderful spring skiing conditions!

Avoriaz: Snowboxx

This week-long party at Avoriaz brings together big-name DJs on open-air stages, wild après-ski parties and bottomless brunches. Oh, and don't forget it's spring - so you can also count on a skim pool, a spa and a waterpark! Snowboxx runs from March 21-28, 2020.

Lech Zürs am Arlberg: Tanzcafé Arlberg Music Festival

The annual Tanzcafé Arlberg event in Lech Zürs am Arlberg is on from March 29 til April 13 this year. Come check out a smorgasbord of concerts and performances put on by international artists on the terraces of the mountain restaurants!

Sölden: Electric Mountain Festival

Sölden's Electric Mountain Festival is one of the most popular events in the skiing world. For the weekend of April 2-3, the ski resort will be transformed into the dance hotspot of the Alps, with a huge stage on the Giggijoch featuring a 40 m² LED screen.

St. Anton am Arlberg: New Orleans meets Snow

New Orleans meets Snow will take place from April 3-5, 2020 in St. Anton am Arlberg. This classy event welcomes the best soul and jazz singers to the stage, culminating in a Blues Night ft. Danica Hart!

Alta Badia: Vintage Party

Once again this year, Alta Badia is closing out the season with a Ski Carousel Vintage Party!  Don your best retro ski outfit from the 1950s-1990s and come join the fun in the spectacular Dolomites.  The event takes place on April 12 and 13 and includes a vintage ski race and a vintage after-party.

Mayrhofen: Snowbombing

It's almost time for Mayrhofen's annual Snowbombing music festival!  One of the biggest names in the winter sport festival world, Snowbombing brings together international DJs who perform at awe-inspiring outdoor stages in and around Mayrhofen's ski area. This year, catch top artists like Liam Gallagher and The Streets. Snowbombing will take place from April 13-18, 2020.

Zermatt: Zermatt Unplugged

This acoustic music festival at the foot of the Matterhorn will blow you away!  From April 14-18, 2020, the hills will come alive with the sound of music with Zermatt Unplugged, featuring Dido, James Morrison and many other beloved artists.  As the sun goes down, the after-party gets started, with DJs spinning and dancing til dawn!

Obertauern: Gamsleiten Criterion

It's Austria's largest treasure hunt! On April 18, 2020, Obertauern will host the Gamsleiten Criterion, where skiers and snowboarders will scramble to find more than 40 treasure boxes hidden in the snow on the notorious Gamsleiten 2 piste, one of the steepest in Europe. Each treasure box contains a prize, ranging from travel vouchers to a brand-new BMW. Tickets are €50 and can be bought here.

Tignes: Live in Tignes by Francofolies

The fourth edition of Live in Tignes by Francofolies will take place on April 21-23, 2020.  The beloved French ski resort of Tignes will host a variety of free concerts, set against the beautiful backdrop of the French Alps.

Ischgl: Top of the Mountain Concert

Mark your agendas - it's time for the last Top of the Mountain Concert of 2020! This year, the one and only Eros Ramazzotti will take to the Idalp stage in Ischgl on May 2 to bid farewell to the 2019-20 ski season. An unforgettable experience at 2300m above sea level, now in its 25th anniversary!
