The winner of the Fieberbrunn ski holiday has been drawn!

Snowplaza readers across Europe participated in our Vaya Resort contest over the last few weeks, with hopes of winning a 5-day ski holiday at the luxurious 4-star resort in Fieberbrunn. Participants had to answer one question in order to qualify for the contest: ‘Fieberbrunn is part of a larger linked ski area. How many kilometres of pistes does that ski area have in total?’ Did you answer the question right? Then keep reading to find out if you’ve won!

Fieberbrunn is the newest addition to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which boasts a plethora of mountain restaurants, a lively après-ski scene, endless slopes and gorgeous ski touring possibilities. Thanks to our partner Sunweb, we were able to offer one lucky Snowplaza reader the chance to discover all these things for themselves! By answering the question correctly, you qualified to win a 5-day winter sports holiday – including a 4-day ski pass – for 4 people at the Vaya Resort in Fieberbrunn.

And the winner is...

The right answer to the question was 270km of slopes – this, of course, refers to the total number of ski slopes in the behemoth linked ski area of the Skicircus. Skiers and snowboarders from across Europe participated on all the Snowplaza platforms, from which one lucky winner was drawn. And the lucky winner of the Vaya Resort contest is... Tim van de Venne! Congratulations, Tim! Together with 3 other people you will go on a winter sports holiday to Fieberbrunn in December. Have a fantastic holiday!

About Danielle

Born and raised in the ski paradise of Vancouver, Canada, I learned to ski before I can remember, balancing precariously on my parents’ skis as they sailed down the hill. I started snowboarding in my teens and am now delighted to be exploring everything Europe’s ski scene has to offer!
