At an altitude of 1000 metres, at Stubaital’s heart, lies peaceful Neustift. Neustift has its own small ski area called Elfer, which mainly consists of red and black ski slopes. Neustift is better known as a base for the Stubai Glacier. Here you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing from October to mid-June. With more than 100 kilometres of slopes, this is the largest ski area of Stubaital.
