Hinterstoder is a nice village in a rural atmosphere of the Pyhrn-Priel-Gebiet. Behind the village is a gondola lift to the Hutterer Alm, leading to the ski slopes. From Hutterer Alm winds a red run and up on the Hutterer Alm there are a few blue runs. Down in the valley you have blue runs for beginners. On the Bärenalmbahn you will also find a blue and red runs and snowboarders are welcome everywhere here. There are paths where you can walk through the valley of the Steyr and enjoy the unspoiled surroundings.
