Ski area Almenwelt Lofer

Immersed in an extraordinary landscape, this resort is still relatively unknown and is therefore a very peaceful place to spend a ski holiday. The true romance of skiing, sleigh rides at sunset and picture postcard scenery make this a magical place. The distinctive traits of old fashioned hospitality are still found in this region. The ski lifts for children and the dedicated children's facility make a fine welcome for the younger members of the family.

The 46km of ski slopes satisfy all needs and there is no shortage of alternative routes. Blue runs are predominant here making this the ideal place for learning families. A new 8-seater chair lift with footrests, weather protection bubbles, heated seats and child safety offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains as well as access to additional slopes. The three training lifts in the children's area have recently been replaced by a modern 140m-long covered "magic carpet" lift, offering optimal comfort in all weather conditions.
