The Italian part of Hochpustertal is home to the historic town called Innichen. Besides the rising number of new buildings, baroque merchant houses and old small churches continue to refer to bygone days. Innichen’s ski slopes are located on Haunold. There are 8 kilometres of ski slopes, proportionally divided between blue and red ski slopes. A ski bus hitting the areas at Helm and Rotwandwiesen brings relief. In addition to the winter sports on offer, in Innichen itself there is much to be seen and done.
