In the western part of Czech Bohemia, near the German border, lies the ski resort of Spicak. The small ski area is between 780 and 1214 metres and has 2 blue, 4 red and 1 black ski slope. However, the cross-country ski offer in this area is more impressive. Cross-country skiers have access to a ski trail network of no less than 80 kilometres. The gently inclining slopes of Bohemia make a pleasant cross-country ski area, even though some very challenging sections also exist.
