The hotel was built in 1963 by Anna and Michael Eberharter and had from the beginning the emphasis on comfort and modern amenities. The hotel had the first pool of the neighborhood! There are 54 bright rooms with balconies. Both double rooms and junior suites. In the hotel itself there is a spacious dining room with buffet and a small bar. The hotel also has a spa including an indoor pool, a solarium, a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. The hotel was completely restored in 2006.
