Small but mighty! That is the best way to describe Gresse-en-Vercors' ski area. There may only be 19 km of pistes here but they are well shared out between green, blue and red slopes making Gresse-en-Vercors a great place to learn to ski and to progress during your ski holidays. The ski area is under an hour from Grenoble and it is one of the most snow-sure areas of the Rhone-Alps region making it a great choice of ski resort for weekend skiing.

The ski area of Gresse-en-Vecors lies between 1250 and 1750 meters of altitude and is divided into two ski areas : Alleyrons and Pierre Blanche. There are about 24 runs, and there is also a snow park which is highly regarded among snowboarders. Gresse-en-Vercors offers many other activities in the snow. You can try snowshoeing , dog sledding, ski touring and much more! Although not often needed, there are 33 snow cannons in the Gresse-en-Vecors ski area guaranteeing a good snow cover on the main ski runs.
