Aussois (France)

The ski area towering high above the ski resort offers about 50 kilometres of ski slopes which are mostly blue or red making it ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers. There are not many opportunites to practice cross-country skiing here, but wildlife lovers can visit the Vanoise National Park where they might just run into a few marmots, chamois or ibexes!
