These ski areas added together make up around 200km of beautiful ski slopes perfect for downhill skiing. More than 115km of these runs start from the ski resort of Adelboden which is perfect for those searching for peace and quiet. The area surrounding Adelboden is particularly recommended for its splendid walks in the winter months... The resorts are welcoming and lively and, together, form an interesting circuit of connected ski runs.

Here, in the heart of the Alps, skiers of all levels and tastes can find relaxing and challenging skiing in this ski area. Here, there is an extensive range of slopes stretching across the valley, divided into different attractive areas: Elsigen-Metsch, Tschentenalp, Silleran-Hahnenmoos and Lenk-Betelberg. The lack of queues, good snow and typical Swiss mountain atmosphere guarantee an unforgettable ski holiday - whether with friends or family. Red and blue runs are predominant here making this a great place for beginners and intermediate skiers who want to improve their confidence and skills.
