Gressoney is located amidst the ski area Monte Rosa. From the village several ski tows and chair lifts will take you to the higher practice ski slopes. Just outside the ski resort is Stafal, the area’s main junction. From here gondola lifts will take you further up into the ski area. Greyssoney is not a busy place but a traditional village with wooden farmers’ houses.
